Term And Conditions

1. Each ticket admits one (1) person only. Ticket prices are listed in MYR/RM (Malaysian Ringgit) and exclude ticketing and processing fees.

2. All tickets are sold exclusively online and issued electronically. A printed or digital ticket must be presented for admission.

3. Each transaction allows a maximum purchase of ten (10) tickets.

4. A ticketing fee of RM8.00 per ticket and a processing fee, based on the selected payment method, will be applied at checkout. These fees are non-refundable.

5. All ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, upgrades, or cancellations are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, layout, or audience capacity without prior notice.

7. The Organiser and Venue Owner reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual without refund or compensation for disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or any actions that may compromise security or the enjoyment of other attendees.

8. Professional photography, videography, and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited.

9.  There are no age restrictions for this event. However, children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by a legal guardian aged 18 or older, with both individuals purchasing valid tickets at the standard price. Children aged 2 years and below are eligible for free admission but will not be allocated a seat and must be seated on the guardian’s lap

10. All ticket holders are subject to security checks, including bag and body searches, upon entering the venue.

11. The resale of tickets or purchasing from unauthorised sellers or scalpers is strictly prohibited. The Event Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to cancel such tickets without compensation and deny entry to the event.
